How do I get admitted to the MBA or MSOL program?
To be admitted to Cameron’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) program, applicants must first be admitted to Cameron University’s graduate studies. Please visit the Graduate Admissions page for more details. All international applicants should visit the International Admissions page for details about additional requirements.
Once a student has been admitted to graduate studies, they must meet one of the following criteria to be admitted to the MBA or MSOL program:
- Have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.5.
- Have a minimum score on the GMAT of 500 or a comparable converted score on the GRE.
- Have a minimum composite score of 1,000 using the formula:
GMAT + (200 x undergraduate GPA).
Are there online options?
Cameron’s MBA program is available both online and in a traditional format. Students have the option to take either class type at any time for greater flexibility. Our traditional courses are usually offered in the evenings one night a week to accommodate students who work full-time. Additionally, some of our courses are available through interactive television and can be broadcast to other locations in Oklahoma.
The core courses for the MSOL program are available exclusively online. This program does not offer a traditional format.

What prerequisites are required?
For MBA students, based on your educational background, you may be required to take up to 12 hours of leveling courses. With an educational background in a business field, some or all of these prerequisites may be waived. The prerequisites are: Principles of Economics I & II, Principles of Accounting I & II, Finance, Business Statistics, Management, and Marketing. These can be incorporated into your Plan of Study. They are not required for program admission. These courses will extend the time required to complete the program.
The MSOL program has no prerequisites.
