Complete the following steps no later than May 17, 2013:

1. Complete the application and write a short essay.
2. Obtain all required signatures on the permission form.
3. Mail the following to the address listed on the application form:
1. Completed application with essay
2. Permission from with all required signatures
3. Current school transcript or report card

Selected students will be notified by the end of May of his or her selection into the program.  The selection packet will include details regarding the program and will have additional forms that must be completed, signed and returned prior to arrival at Cameron Connection.
