Cameron University has been awarded designation as a Certified Healthy Campus at the Excellence level – the highest level of designation – for the third consecutive year. The designation is awarded by the Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) in conjunction with the Oklahoma Academy, The State Chamber, and the Oklahoma Turning Point Council. Certified Healthy Campus is a program of the “Shape Your Future” campaign which recognizes college campuses and vocational technical schools that make a positive impact on the health of their employees and students. The university will be recognized along with other designees during an awards luncheon in February.
