All student athletes are eligible regardless of the sport they are engaged in. The student must be a high school senior or be attending a post secondary institute.

Write a short essay answering the following 3-part question:

1. What are your most important extracurricular or community activities?

2. What made you join these activities?

3. What made you continue to contribute to them?
