Cynthia S. Ross Hall
Cynthia S. Ross Hall, originally named the School of Business Building, opened in Fall 2009, occupying more than 32,000 square feet. Highlights of the facility include a 114-seat auditorium, an academic computer lab, a large computer classroom with a real-time stock ticker, and two ITV (distance learning) classrooms. The building features state-of-the-art technology and includes interaction areas where students can collaborate with other students, faculty and staff. The $8.7 million project was funded primarily by the Higher Education Act of 2005.
The building also houses a Career Services office available to all students and alumni. A division of the Office of Student Development, Career Services assists Cameron students in achieving their career goals. In addition, the Career Services office has an employer relations coordinator who works with area businesses to secure internships for students, offers job opportunity assistance, and more.
