Information Technology Services (I.T.S.) provides direction and strategic planning for Cameron University in information delivery and computing standards, resources and management. We offer computer support, email support, networking administration, computer lab maintenance, audio/visual support, wireless connectivity, basic mobile device assistance, and distance learning services. I.T.S. is dedicated to providing quality customer support and maintaining a vision of excellence in technology for Cameron University.
Cameron Aggie Tech Support is the name of the I.T.S. Help Desk, which is committed to providing the Cameron community with prompt and effective solutions to requests for assistance and guidance. The Help Desk is the single point of contact for all tech issues, questions, and service requests. Cameron Aggie Tech Support provides information and consultations for any university computer technology and/or connectivity issues.
As a whole, our team is further committed to serve as a resource for users. Our goal is in assisting our community: not just through finding solutions, but through a proactive approach in improving tech usability, and in being aware of emerging technologies.
