Insight (FAQ)

Q: I need Insight installed on my computer?

A: Check Start -> Programs -> Sungard Bi-Tech.  If this does not exist please call the helpdesk to get this software installed.


Q: When I click on 'Syscat' I receive an 'Access denied' error message?

A:  Your login to the computer needs "Local Administrative Access" assigned.  Please call the helpdesk to get this resolved.

Q: After logging into Insight I receive the following error message "USER SESSION LIMIT SET TO 2".

A: Each user can only have 2 concurrent connections to Insight.  Logout of any existing Insight sessions.
