This Online Reserve Request Form is for the instructor to place library owned material only on course reserve. If you wish to place your personal copies on reserve, please download a print form here.

Photocopying of copyright material must be in compliance with public law #94-553, concerning copyrights.

Notes:

1. When requesting library items for reserve, please allow at least one day for processing, especially at the beginning of a semester.

2. Requests are processed in the order received. If you need immediate reserve, please note this on the form or call us.

3. Instructors will receive an email when reserved items are ready for use.
