Cameron University’s Department of Agriculture will host the 23rd Annual Beef Cattle Improvement Conference, featuring keynote speakers and exhibits pertinent to the beef cattle industry, on Thursday, November 18. Dr. Ronnie Castlebury, Southwest Region Sales Manager, Livestock Nutrition Center, will present “Feed Byproducts: Origin, Nutrient Content and Value in Beef Cattle Rations.”
Megan Smith, DVM, and Brittany Light, Agriculture Field Inspector, Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry, will present “Trichomoniasis in the Cow-Calf Operation: Explanation, Industry Impact, and New State Regulations of this Reproductive Disease in Oklahoma.”
