Cameron University broadcast students earned eight awards in the 21st annual broadcast student competition hosted by the Oklahoma Broadcast Education Association. Industry professionals from around the state judged the competition, which features student work from 15 state universities and colleges
“Cameron had a strong group of entries this year, and the results show the quality of the work our students have been doing for some time,” says Steve Adams, Assistant Professor. Adams also serves as OBEA Vice President. “Cameron’s eight awards placed the school third in total number of awards won. The entries were produced in a variety of situations, including classwork, KCCU-FM, CUTV, or as independent productions.”
