A lithograph by Cameron University Professor of Art Katherine Liontas-Warren is included in a portfolio exchange project involving artists from both the eastern and western sections of the United States. Liontas-Warren is one of three artist/educators selected to represent Oklahoma in the West portfolio. She created “The Decision,” a 16” x 20” lithograph, specifically for the project.

Both portfolios will be on exhibit from Sept. 14 through Oct. 14 at Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, Conn., and at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Fla., in November and December.

A native of New Haven, Conn., Liontas-Warren joined the Cameron faculty in 1984 and teaches all levels of drawing and printmaking. She was honored with the Oklahoma Visual Arts Award for Artist of the Year by the Paseo Arts Association (PAA) in November 2010.
