The Cameron University Civic Symphony will present its fall concert on Tuesday, October 9 at 7:30 p.m. in the McCutcheon Recital Hall. The Cameron Civic Symphony is a community string orchestra comprised of Cameron University students, Lawton Public Schools' students and homeschooled 8-12th grade students. There are also community orchestra members who reside in Lawton, Altus and Duncan. Admission is free; seating is limited to 80 patrons.
The orchestra will perform Mozart’s “Eine Kleine Nachtmusik,” Leroy Anderson’s “Jazz Pizzicato,” Bert Ligon’s “Bossa Verde,” and the opening movement from the beloved “St. Paul’s Suite” by Gustav Holst.
