John Davis, President of Fort Sill National Bank, will present a keynote address on the regulatory aspects of banking, especially how recent regulatory changes slowed down the lending business, increased the cost of banking business, and created an environment of less competition in financial markets.

Following his address, Davis will be joined for a panel discussion by Bill Wilson, Senior Vice President, BancFirst Lawton, and Ron Martin, Executive Vice President and Loan Manager, Arvest Bank, Southwest Oklahoma Region. They will share their perspectives on critical banking issues of local and national interest.
