Cameron University Foundation celebrates Giving Tuesday with gift from Terry K. Bell Charitable Trust

The Cameron University Foundation celebrates Giving Tuesday, a national day of giving, with a $10,000 gift from the Terry K. Bell Charitable Trust. The gift comes in conjunction with the Foundation’s Annual Fund campaign, “One Word. One Gift.”

“The Board of Trustees for the Terry Bell Charitable Trust is pleased to participate in Giving Tuesday with this donation to the Cameron University Foundation,” says Mike Mayhall, who serves as a trustee along with Janice Bell and Richard Allen. “In the spirit of the Foundation’s ‘One Word. One Gift.’ theme, we offer the word ‘vital,’ as Cameron University is vital to meeting the educational needs of southwest Oklahoma, thereby contributing to the region’s economic impact.”

The gift will be utilized to enhance educational and scholarship opportunities for Cameron students. Donations to the “One Word. One Gift” campaign can also be earmarked for specific CU programs and initiatives.
