Cameron’s 21st Annual Red River Expo prepares job seekers for success

Cameron University’s Office of Student Development presents the 21st Annual Red River Career Expo, an event which provides an opportunity for all students, military personnel and residents of southwest Oklahoma to meet with national, regional and local employers. A wide-range of career fields, including health care, accounting, business/financial management, marketing, engineering, information technology, sales, law enforcement, and more, will be represented. The Red River Career Expo takes place on Thursday, February 15 from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the Aggie Rec Center. The event is open to the public at no charge.

“As one of the largest job fairs in southwest Oklahoma, the Red River Career Expo provides a great opportunity for students, military personnel, and community members throughout the region to learn about part-time and full-time career and internship prospects,” says Jennifer Pruchnicki, Director of Student Development. “For those who are interested in learning more about post-baccalaureate degree programs, there will also be representatives and recruiters from various universities who will provide information on multiple academic opportunities.”

Job seekers are advised to dress to impress, as they will have the opportunity to network, distribute resumes, and gather valuable information on different career options.
