Cameron University students can get one step closer to degree completion when enrollment begins for the Spring 2019 semester. Tiered enrollment by classification starts on Tuesday, October 23 for graduate students, seniors and honors students. Juniors can enroll on Wednesday, October 24, sophomores on Thursday, October 25; and freshmen on Friday, October 26. Open enrollment for all students begins on Monday, October 29.
Before enrolling for the upcoming semester, admitted, degree-seeking students must meet with an academic advisor. First-time students and new transfer students at the Lawton campus should contact the Academic Advising Center at 580-581-6741 to schedule an appointment. Students attending CU-Duncan should call 580-581-5950 for assistance with course registration. All other students should log into their AggieAccess account to identify and schedule a meeting with their designated advisor.
“Early registration is one activity that supports Cameron’s graduation starts today philosophy,” says Jerrett Phillips, Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Success. “We encourage all students to register for Spring 2019 courses on the date their registration cycle opens so they can continue to make timely progress toward degree attainment. If students cannot register the week of October 22nd, we encourage them to register as soon as possible to secure the best day/time options available”.
Cameron University offers a variety of enrollment options that allow students to complete their degree while working full-time or raising a family. A searchable course schedule is available online at www.cameron.edu/info/schedules.
Classes for the Spring 2019 semester begin on Monday, January 7.
