Music students enjoying the reception

For the pianist, the undergraduate years are among the most formative, a time when years of study and hard work come into focus as the pianist reaches the first level of maturity in his or her playing.

We invite you to become acquainted with our unique program. We do not believe you will find more qualified faculty, a stronger commitment to helping you achieve your individual goals and potential, all with the personalized degree of attention possible only in a small school. We offer a variety of degree programs including the Bachelor of Music (B.M.), in both performance and education, and the Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) which includes a minor in an outside field.

Our piano majors have distinguished themselves in numerous performances and competitions, and many have gone on to pursue graduate studies at some of the nation's top music schools.

A full range of financial aid is available, including merit and academic scholarships, grants and fee waivers.
