General Guidelines

To attend and present at the 2011 Oklahoma Research Day, the following steps are necessary:

Abstract Submission

Conference Registration Closed

Registration for the 2011 Oklahoma Research Day is required of all participants (registration will remain open until October 26)

Registration allows you to

  1. sign up for the banquet and
  2. provide some personal background information.

Abstract Submission Closed

Abstract submission is required of those who present at the conference

Abstract submission allows you to

  1. submit an abstract of your research project
  2. add team members to your research project to be presented
  3. be listed in the abstract guidebook

Important Note

Following the instructions provided by the abstract submission system, you can submit an abstract and add team members or authors to your presentation. To be listed in the abstract booklet, all team member names or authors associated with a research poster must be submitted as part of the abstract submission process. Please keep also in mind that participation in Oklahoma Research Day requires Conference Registration, which, among others, will allow you to sign up for the banquet.
