Cameron University provides students two options for student housing. Cameron Village provides attractive and affordable apartment-style living for students at Cameron University. The 240-bed complex has all of the personal amenities students want, with the additional advantage of being near the center of campus.
At the heart of this unique student housing community is the McMahon Center. Its soaring, open, two-story "great room" offers comfortable conversational space around a central fireplace. A large screen TV and recreational area, which includes a pool table, occupy one part of the room, while the lounge/gallery is reserved for quiet activities. The McMahon Center’s educational spaces include a classroom, a seminar, a computer lab and a library for students’ convenience.
Shepler Center is a traditional men’s and women’s residence hall located on the south end of the campus. Double occupancy rooms are available, but for an extra fee students may choose a room by themselves. Meals are included in the residence plan and students have various options to choose from regarding the number of meals they wish to purchase each week.
The Office of Student Housing, located in the McMahon Center in Cameron Village, can provide a complete schedule of options and costs for both Cameron Village and Shepler Center.
