The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education (OSHRE) and the University of Swansea, Wales (Swansea University) are seeking exceptional undergraduate students with excellent academic qualification, strong leadership skills, and maturity in decision-making for participation in two exciting programs:

Qualifications

1) Must be an Oklahoma resident

2) Must be enrolled full-time

3) Must be in good academic standing

4) Must have completed 30 hours of college coursework
