As a service to students and the community, the Testing Center administers paper-based and computer-based tests for students enrolled at other universities on a space available basis by appointment.
To request an appointment, the student must submit a completed Proctor Agreement Form found at the bottom of this page. The form must be submitted in a timely manner, preferably 10 days in advance of the requested date. Late submissions may be considered on a space available basis. Once the form has been submitted, the student will receive a return email with confirmation of the date and time for which his/her request is approved.
The Testing Center is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (For one hour exams your appointment time must be no later than 3:45 p.m.; appointment time changes accordingly, for longer exams.) We are located on the 5th Floor of North Shepler.
Photo ID (driver's license, military ID, passport, etc) is required at time of testing.
The proctoring fee is $15.00, check or money order payable to Cameron University. The Testing Center does not accept cash or credit cards. Active duty military will not be charged. (Military ID must be shown).
*Please note that beginning January 2020, our proctoring fee is increasing to $20.00.
The student is responsible for contacting their home school informing them that s/he will be testing at Cameron University. Please note that the student is also responsible for making sure that all of the information for their tests is sent to us before we can administer any tests.
