Dr. Mark Morvant, Associate Professor of Chemistry, Executive Director of the OU Center for Teaching Excellence, and a leader in the open source and custom textbook imitative at OU, will be the primary speaker. He is bringing a team, which will include Stacy Zemke, the OU librarian working on the OU library’s part of this project. In addition to the lecture/presentation at 2:00 PM, there will also be some workshop possibilities during the day for people already engaged in working with open source and custom textbooks.
