Freedom From Smoking
Freedom From Smoking® is available online. The online program consist of eight modules that cover a variety of topics including: a program overview, understanding the smoking habit, building motivation to quit, substitute behaviors to smoking, stress management, celebrations, weight management, and more! The program takes participants through a behavior change modification plan which includes activities such as journaling, goal setting, and rewards.
