Office of the Registrar
The Registrar’s Office will maintain the academic records of all present and former Cameron University students. It will be the responsibility of the Registrar’s Office to ensure that grades and credits are correctly recorded for all CU students. This office will have the authority to approve credits of all transfer transcripts.
Additionally, this office will be responsible for conducting official degree checks on all graduation candidates and awarding degrees and producing diplomas for graduates.
This office will be responsible for the preparation and publication of the enrollment schedules. Additionally, this office will be responsible for the administration of the add/drop/withdraw functions and the academic probation/suspension policies.
The Registrar’s Office will also send current and accurate data files to the National Clearinghouse on current students.
This office will serve as a point of contact for faculty, staff and students regarding policies and procedures.
