CU: What did your job process look like after school? Was it rather difficult to find one?

Steven: I am extremely grateful to Cameron University, because they helped to find me a summer internship which turned into a flexible internship that I could continue working at through my entire college career and became my first job placement.

CU: Do you think school prepared you for your first job, or was it more "on the job" training?

Steven: Yes. The best thing college teaches you is how to teach yourself and to do so under pressure. You learn a broad stroke of engineering, so that you can further specialize with on the job training

CU: Would you do anything differently in your career path?

Steven: I would have went to college after high school instead of waiting 9 years

CU: What did you splurge on with your first big paycheck?

Steven: Went on vacations with my wife and kids
