The Human Resources Department creates, encourages, and maintains an environment that supports, develops, and sustains the well-being of Cameron University's employees and students. We are a knowledgeable and professional resource providing quality service in the areas of employee relations, benefits, recruitment and retention, compensation, and human resource management. We develop procedure that balances the needs of employees with the needs of the university while complying with state and federal law.
