The transcript is one of the most important documents in a student's career at Cameron University. It contains a student's entire academic history. Please see below for information on obtaining your academic transcript.

Order Transcripts Online
Cameron University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.
To order an official transcript(s), login to the Clearing House secure site.
The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. A processing fee will be charged per recipient.
Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online.

There is no charge for transcripts. Official transcripts are mailed directly to third parties with a student's signed, written approval. Allow one to two business days for processing once the transcript request is received at the Transcript Office.

Important message regarding holds: Subject to the requirements of federal law or regulations, a hold may restrict the student from enrolling in classes, obtaining transcripts and academic records, and other restrictions. Current students can view holds on their account in Aggie Access. The hold information includes the type of hold and phone number for the office that has placed the hold. Former students/alumni who are unable to log into Aggie Access may contact the Office of the Registrar at registrar@cameron.edu or (580)581-2238 to inquire if their student account has a hold.
