The Student Accounts office provides a convenient way to accomplish a variety of tasks. The services we offer include student account payments, account and billing information, student parking permits, ID cards, LATS bus passes, commuter meal plan payments, and departmental deposits.
Student account charges may include tuition, fees, books, housing charges, and other associated costs. Payments may be made online by logging into AggieAccess. Payments may be made online by electronic check/ACH, credit card, or debit card. Cash or check payments may be made in person at Student Accounts. Students have the option of enrolling in a payment plan. Visit the Account Information page for more details.
Students receive a monthly billing notification to their official Cameron University email. Students may also log into AggieAccess to check their account charges and balance, pay their bill, view financial aid information, and more at any time. Students can also authorize additional users to view their account information and pay on their behalf.
Students can request or renew their parking permit in the Student Accounts office. Parking permit request form are available in the office, or you may click here to complete and print the form to speed up your visit. Students are issued one free parking permit per academic year. Additional or replacement parking permits are available for the following fee: $50 for a full year (August 1 - July 31), $30 for the spring and summer terms (January 1 - July 31), or $10 for the summer term (June 1 - July 31).

After enrolling at Cameron University for the first time, all students should have a student ID card printed at Student Accounts. A student's initial ID card costs $30. Students may continue to use the same ID card for future semesters. Replacement ID cards are $40. Employees also obtain their ID card at Student Accounts.
Students and employees may open a CamCash account by placing any amount of money on their ID card. CamCash may be used at any of the dining facilities on campus. CamCash balances roll forward to the next semester, however, balances on the card are not refundable.
