Frequently asked questions

When and how do I pay my account balance?

Concurrent students should wait until the junior or senior concurrent tuition waiver has been dispersed to their accounts for the semester to pay their account balance. The disbursement happens after the drop w/ a refund date for the semester. Students can pay their account balance online via TouchNet Bill Payment on Aggie Access (under the "My Info" tab). For assistance or concerns related to your account balance, please call the Student Accounts office at 580-581-2219.

I have used all of my junior or senior concurrent tuition waivers. Can I still take more classes?

Yes you can, but there may be associated costs. As a reminder, HS juniors receive a 9-credit hour tuition waiver per year (summer prior to junior year, fall, and spring), and HS Seniors receive an 18-credit hour tuition waiver per year (summer prior to senior year, fall, and spring). Once a high school junior/senior uses all of their tuition waiver for the academic year, they will be responsible for the full cost of tuition and fees for each credit hour added after the waiver has been used.

I need an official transcript sent to another school; how do I order one to be sent somewhere?

There are two ways a student can order an official CU transcript to be sent somewhere. Students can either order the transcript online using any major credit card or can complete the transcript mail-in form at no charge by visiting here.

I plan to attend CU following HS graduation. Do I have to apply again?

No, concurrently enrolled students do not have to complete an application again to become full-time students following HS graduation. However, students interested will need to complete the Change of Program form and submit it to registrar@cameron.edu (you can always ask your advisor about this).

I am a homeschool/virtual student. How do I get enrolled in concurrent courses?

All homeschool/virtual students should get in contact with the Admissions Office at the campus that is closest to them!

What if I change high schools?

If you change high schools at any time, send an updated high school transcript from your new high school to Cameron Admissions as soon as possible.  Consult with your advisor about other impacts.
