The Embedded Certificate in Banking and Finance is a 15-credit hour program designed to educate and prepare students from a wide variety of majors, including Business Administration and Organizational Leadership, to understand the role that money, credit, and banking has on the economy. The curriculum covers money and financial systems; financial instruments; risk management; bonds and stocks; bank management; money growth and modern monetary policies; and financial industry structure. Graduates of this program will be successful in obtaining employment at various financial institutions throughout Oklahoma. The certificate can be completed in traditional and/or online formats.
