The Village: Returning & Non-Traditional Residential Experience
Welcome to Cameron Village - a comfortable, independent living experience at Cameron University. The Village offers a spacious, comfortable living space designed for returning and non-traditional students. The apartments come in two and four bedrooms. Each resident has their own bedroom with a locking door and a vanity area. The Village is coed by building, but not by individual apartment.

Living Room
Fully furnished with a couch, chair, coffee table, and entertainment center.
Kitchen
Equipped with a refrigerator (with ice machine), stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and bar with tall chairs for casual dining.
Bedroom
Full-sized bed, desk, chair, and closet with mirrored sliding doors for convenient storage.
Internet and Utilities Included
All-inclusive living with no extra charges for utilities.

Laundry
Laundry facilities are available on the second and third floor of each building, at no extra charge for residents.
Courtyard
Enjoy the spacious courtyard with seating and stationary grills, ideal for socializing or outdoor relaxation.
McMahon Center
Offers a library and study areas for residents.
Security
Apartments face inward for enhanced privacy. Access to the building is controlled by card swipe, and each resident has a key to their own bedroom. Gated parking is available for residents.
Mail is delivered Monday-Friday by 3:00 p.m., with email notifications for package arrivals. Mailboxes are located on the east side of the McMahon Center. The mailing address for Village residents is:
