Student Office Assistant – Office of the Registrar
POSITION
The Office of the Registrar is looking for a Student Office Assistant who is willing to work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week. Hours will be flexible according to your class schedule and will be dependent upon the needs of the office. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, face to face interaction with customers, answering and returning phone calls, responding to emails, processing transcript requests, filing, shredding, scanning; and other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should have excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills. The ability to multi-task with minimum supervision and work in a professional office setting is a must. The applicant must also be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
