Student Assistant - President's Office

The Office of the President is seeking a dynamic individual with strong work ethic and the ability to operate well in a fast-paced, professional office environment.

The Student Assistant will be a member of the team of professionals working in the President’s Office and will assist with daily office responsibilities. Duties include but are not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, processing mail merges, assisting with large mailings, on-campus deliveries, maintaining and organizing office supplies, answering the phones and using telephonic equipment, and other duties as assigned. The Student Assistant will be expected to work from noon to 2:00 pm a minimum of two days per week, with additional hours to be negotiated for a total of no more than 20 hours per week.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants should be professional, detail oriented, punctual, highly organized, and possess good communication skills. Experience with the Microsoft Office suite preferred. Students who cannot work flexible hours and during peak hours will not be selected.
