Student Office Assistance – Financial Assistance Office
The Financial Assistance Office is seeking part-time student employees to work 15-20 hours per week. Office responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering the phone, greeting clients, and filing, sorting documents, shredding documents, distributing materials as requested by the Financial Assistance Counselors and maintaining a neat and orderly work space. This position does include the summer, so applicants should plan to take a summer class to remain eligible to work.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must possess a working knowledge of basic computer applications and office procedures; possess strong communication skills and organization skills. The ability to multi-task and a willingness to work as part of a financial aid team is required. All employees must adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality.
