Student office assistant - Student housing
POSITION:
The Office of Student Housing and Residence Life is looking for a well-rounded, qualified individual to fill a Student Office Assistant position in the Cameron Village McMahon Learning Center for the Summer 2024 semester and possibly beyond. This position will require the following skills including, but not limited to: Work set office hours during the day, face to face interaction with students, staff and supporters, answer phones, help with filing and other paperwork, sort and distribute resident mail and packages, assist with resident lock outs, and complete any duties as assigned by Student Housing Professional Staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants should have excellent oral/written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, be able to maintain an organized and neat workspace, be able to multi-task with minimal supervision and to work in a professional office setting, and maintain a 2.0 GPA. The applicant must also be reliable, punctual, have a positive attitude and able to work during the office lunch hours.
