Student Office Night Worker - Office of Events & Activities

The Office of Events & Activities at Cameron University’s Lawton Campus is seeking a Student Office Night Worker who is able to work 15-20 hours per week, during the evening and weekends hours. Duties include, but are not limited to: answering phone calls, taking messages, assisting with audio/visual setup, assisting with events occurring in the MCC, welcoming people to the facility, and general building supervision. This position is located in the McMahon Centennial Complex.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 Applicants should have good computer skills; good oral and written communication skills; organizational skills; the ability to multi-task; ability to pick up information quickly; work flexible hours; and ability to work unsupervised at times. Also, applicant must be able to answer the phone in a clear, professional manner and adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality. The successful candidate must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude. Training will be provided to ensure employee is knowledgeable of the audio/visual system.
