Student Worker-athletics game operations

Job Description

 Athletics is seeking multiple individuals to work part time positions for home athletic contests. The Athletic Department goal is to deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all in attendance. The people hired for these positions will be expected to conform with NCAA, conference and university rules, regulations and policies.

Job Duties as the Game Day Support Staff could include, but are not limited to:

• Support the athletic department personnel during athletic events by working the courts, game tables and other game ops functions

• Sell concessions at the softball and baseball games.

• Sell game tickets at the volleyball, basketball and softball games.

• Monitor the Pass Gate in the Aggie Gym during basketball games.

• Greet game patrons, answer facility questions, and supply outstanding customer service to ensure a positive game day experience for all attendees at the sporting event.

Supervision

 The Game Day Support Staff will be under the direct supervision of the Game Coordinator and Athletic Administration.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent attitude.

• Clean and professional appearance.

• Outgoing personality.

• Basic math skills.

• Dependable, flexible, and punctual
