Cameron University is inviting employers to participate in the 23rd annual Red River Career Expo, scheduled for Thursday, February 20, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the Aggie Rec Center. The event will provide participating companies with the opportunity to recruit new employees, as CU students, community members, military families and more will be on-site to meet with national, regional and local employers. “The Red River Career Expo is one of the largest job fairs in southwest Oklahoma,” says Paula S. Merrifield, Career Services Coordinator at Cameron. “Over the years, employers have been very satisfied with the quality of applicants they meet.”
Employers looking for full-time and part-time employees as well as those offering internships or volunteer opportunities are welcome.
Popular career fields represented at past events include health care, telecommunications, marketing, engineering, information technology, banking, and sales.
