CU Young Learners Science Exposition

The Department of Chemistry, Physics, and Engineering with the School of Arts and Sciences at Cameron University invite your students to participate in the Young Learners Science Exposition (K-5 Science Fair) Tuesday, April 30th. This event is designed to motivate and educate students from Kindergarten to 5th Grade in the world of sciences ranging from Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, Biology, and others. Public viewing is available Monday evening on April 29th. Students are to display their experiments at McCasland Ballroom.
Applied Mathematics and Aerospace Engineering Summer Academy
June 2-7, 2024
This is a five night residential academy for middle school girls who have an interest in mathematics, aerospace and other STEM disciplines. The program will introduce aspects of science engineering through the use of academic projects related to mathematics and aerospace engineering that are designed to stimulate creativity. CU NanoExplorers
High School Summer Science Academy
Lawton CU campus · June 16-28, 2024
Do you want to learn how DNA is used to solve crimes through forensic science or to learn about the physics of amusement parks? You learn all this and more during NanoExplorers: A High School Summer Science Academy, a ten-day residential STEM academy at Cameron University. The program is limited to 24 participants. Applicants must be a rising freshman, sophomore or junior year of high school and must be an Oklahoma resident. The applications must be postmarked by April 15, 2024 and received prior to April 21, 2024. We will begin notifying selected applicants by May 1, 2024.
