Fitness challenges can be a fun and effective way to kickstart or reinvigorate a fitness journey, providing structure, motivation, and a supportive community to help individuals achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

October Fitness challenge is now LIVE.

 Submit your progress everyday to the rec center by coming in and having a staff member validate it. Complete this everyday throughout the month of October you'll receive a prize!
